Featuring a range cooker with induction hob, microwave, slow cooker, Nespresso machine, and a well-stocked crockery cupboard, you'll have everything you need to cook up a feast. Accessed from the stable yard, it's both practical and charming.

With access from both the kitchen and sitting room, the boot room offers ample space for coats, boots, and dog essentials. We've supplied dog towels, spare leads and bowls, along with a washing machine and clothes airer and offers that all important space to store all the stuff that a dog friendly holiday in the countryside needs

Step into the spacious, vaulted sitting room, where exposed beams create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the comfy sofas, enjoy a movie on the smart TV, or unwind by the cosy log burner with a good book. We've also provided throws for when your dogs join you on the sofas, ensuring everyone feels at home.

Light and airy room which can be made up as a superking double or a twin room. With direct access to the stable yard it's perfect for your dogs to wander in and out as they choose. Open the doors in warmer months and let the breeze in whilst you start your day slowly - just as it should be on holiday

The upstairs bedrooms feel very private, each located at opposite ends of the barn up separate flights of stairs. One double and one king-size room feature vaulted beamed ceilings, each with its own ensuite bathroom with roll top baths ready to sink into after long walks exploring our countryside

The ensuite bathrooms are compact yet luxurious, featuring roll-top baths, shower mixer taps, super-soft fluffy towels, bathrobes, and eco-friendly toiletries. There's also a small downstairs shower room and loo for added convenience.

The stable yard is a delightful space to relax, featuring sturdy garden furniture, a large hammock, and a store room with dog crates in all sizes, XL Innopet dog buggy and sofa steps. It's fully enclosed with high flint walls and 4ft fencing, providing a secure area for your dogs to play and for you to enjoy alfresco dining. A BBQ is provided from May to September, complete with a starter bag of charcoal.

The cart shed quickly becomes a favourite space for guests, especially in the warmer months. It offers a comfy corner garden sofa, a dining table with benches, and plenty of large cushions for added comfort. It's the perfect spot for a midday snooze, reading a good book, or enjoying a meal outdoors.

The south-facing orchard garden is fully enclosed with high flint walls and 4ft fencing, making it ideal for relaxing in the warmer months. Manor Barn offers dedicated parking for 3–4 cars. One of these spaces, at the rear of the stable block, is behind a further gate, providing a fully enclosed and separate area for loading and unloading your car. This is particularly helpful for families with children and pets, ensuring a safe and convenient arrival and departure.
