From the parking area, you arrive into the stable yard, which is the centre of the outside space for the barn having gates from the driveway and orchard and access into the kitchen and downstairs bedroom. The stable yard is fully enclosed with farm gates backed with stock mesh for extra security for your dogs.

The spacious, well-equipped dining kitchen, accessed from the stable yard via two steps, features an under-counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, range cooker with induction hob, microwave, slow cooker, Nespresso machine, and a well-stocked crockery cupboard

With access from both the kitchen and sitting room, this room offers plenty of space for coats, boots, and dog essentials. We supply lots of dog towels, spare leads and bowls, along with a washing machine and clothes airer

The heart of the barn is the beautiful vaulted sitting room with comfy sofas, an armchair, footstool, smart TV, and a cosy log burner (logs provided). There are blankets for your dogs, plus books, games, and walking maps for added entertainment.

Light and airy room which can be made up as a superking double or a twin room. With direct access to the stable yard it's perfect for your dogs to wander in and out as they choose. Open the doors in warmer months and let the breeze in whilst you start your day slowly - just as it should be on holiday

The upstairs bedrooms feel very private, each located at opposite ends of the barn up separate stairs. One double and one king-size room feature vaulted beamed ceilings, bedside tables, chests of drawers, and peg shelves. Both have their own ensuite bathrooms.

The ensuite bathrooms, though compact, offer luxury with full-sized roll-top baths, shower mixer taps, super soft fluffy towels, bathrobes, and eco-friendly toiletries. There's also a small downstairs shower room and loo

The stable yard is an ideal place to relax. There is sturdy teak garden furniture with a large bench, two armchairs and coffee table. The large hammock is on a free-swinging stand and can be positioned to catch the sun or rest in the shade on those hot summer days. Off the stable yard is a store room providing space for dog crates, bicycles, buggies along with an additional large fridge freezer.

The cart shed quickly becomes a favourite space for guests - especially for those staying in the warmer months. There is a comfy corner garden sofa perfect for a midday snooze or reading a good book. The dining table with benches and extra folding chairs, and lots of large cushions to bring extra comfort to your holiday lounging

Fully enclosed with high flint walls and 4ft fencing, the pretty garden is perfect for relaxing in the warmer months. South facing and with a further garden table and chairs this space is ideal for dining alfresco. It's also perfect for your dog to do their zoomies if there's any energy left after a long walk on the beach! A bbq is provided May to September with a starter bag of charcoal.
