do you offer short breaks?

Outside of the summer season we welcome short stay bookings. Between October and March (excluding school holidays) you also have the option to start and finish your stay on any day (excluding Sundays).  

are you dog friendly? 

Absolutely! Please see our what's included for your dogs page for further info on holidaying at manor barn with your dog(s).

are you child friendly?

Absolutely! We can provide a travel cot, high chair, and baby/stair gates to save on that all important car space..

are dogs allowed on the furniture? 

Yes.  We provide throws for the sofas and, if you want your dogs to join you on the beds, we ask that you bring your own bedding.

how many and what kind of dogs do you accept?

we are very flexible on numbers and do not make a charge to bring your dogs. drop us a message about your dogs and we will advise as to whether the barn is suitable for you. 

Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot accept any dogs that are on the UK banned breed list.

what deposit do you require to secure my booking? 

We charge 25% at the time of booking with the balance to be paid within 6 weeks of arrival.  Further details can be found in the terms and conditions.

what time is check in and check out?

check in is 4pm and check out is at 10am. 

which supermarkets deliver to manor barn?

All of the major supermarkets deliver here - please make sure you put the correct delivery address as our neighbour's have a very similar house name. 

Smoking and vaping? 

Manor Barn is a very old, timbered and thatched building, as such we do not allow smoking or vaping anywhere inside of the property or within 10 metres of the thatched parts of the building outside. This is a very strict condition of our insurance policy.
